Very beautiful shot!
I'm not an advanced photgrapher or something but I'll try my best to critique this.
First I have to say that this piece looks really relaxing(don't ask why xD) - when I looked at it I tought: "Right now I want to lay in the forest and just watch the scenery around me."
I can nearly breathe the fresh air and feel the bark from the tree I'm leaning on, while watching the little insects walking over the grass and leaves moving in the wind. And while I'm looking around my eyes catch those beautiful mushrooms.
Okay -Enough imagination, even if there's much more in my mind. I lvoe how you catured the mushrooms.
I like how the focus is in the middle ground, -where the biggest mushroom is, while the back- and foreground are blurred. The red stands out from the green background and the white underlines that. The light comes from the right while the overall-focus is a little more in the left so it gives more space for the brightness.
One thing I would have made different is, that I would have made the foreground a little sharper (not the mushroom, but the ground). But it's only my opinion and I don't really know it would have been better.
